Info needed please!

I am looking for information on how to retrieve the series 2 from Namibia (admin wise). The vehicle still has an old black and white SM registration indicating it was registered in the Mariental district.  Anyone have any ideas on who and what to approach to sort out the required paperwork?  The vehicle is not in a running condition and has no paperwork!

Due to a lack of info, particularly from official irganisations dealing with cross border imports etc, this project is on hold ...
The paperwork on the Mariental side also seems to be an issue ... vehicle was not registered for a good number of years, but not scrapped.
