Central Diff Lock and Black Box

The difflock mechanism for the Disco 2  is simple but effective and installation was done by JABA.

The beauty of this installation is that the Disco can be driven with  3 different configurations:

  1. Electronic Traction Control (ETC) only.
  2. ETC with CDL locked
  3. CDL locked without ETC

The Black Box I believe is indispensible on a modern Landy . This installation gives an audible warning as well as bright flashing lights , but does not automatically cut the engine.

Re: Central Diff Lock and Black Box

I'm very curious after doing a 4x4 course on installing this system in my td5, could you post details of the company and whether you've tested it.
Thanks
